At Pantastic, we want you to have a smooth and trustworthy shopping experience. Please read our cancellation, return, exchange, and refund terms carefully before placing an order.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may request a return or exchange as per our return policy.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn
- Unwashed
- Free from stains, perfume, sweat marks, or damage
- Returned with original tags, packaging, and invoice
- In resellable condition
Pantastic reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted for:
- Products purchased during final sale or clearance sale
- Products without original tags or packaging
- Used, washed, altered, or damaged products
- Items damaged due to customer handling
- Customized or specially altered products, if applicable
Size Exchange
If you ordered the wrong size, you may request a size exchange within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.
If the requested size is unavailable, we may offer store credit, another product option, or refund as per eligibility.
Wrong or Damaged Product
If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the product
- Photos of the packaging
- Description of the issue
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund as applicable.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
The actual time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on your bank, card provider, UPI provider, or payment gateway.
Refund Mode
Refunds will usually be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
For Cash on Delivery orders, if offered, refunds may be processed through bank transfer, UPI, or store credit.
Return Shipping
Return shipping terms may vary depending on the reason for return.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Pantastic may arrange reverse pickup where available.
For size exchanges or customer preference-based returns, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.
